These Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the use of car rental services provided by G63 Car Rental. By booking or using any of our services, you agree to the following terms.
1. Rental Requirements
- Renters must be at least 21 years old.
- A valid driver’s license (in English or with an official translation) must be presented.
- A valid ID or passport is required at the time of rental.
- A security deposit may be required, depending on the vehicle category.
2. Booking and Payment
- All reservations are subject to vehicle availability.
- Payments can be made via credit card, debit card, or other approved methods.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will be honored at the agreed rate.
- Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm the booking.
3. Vehicle Usage
- Vehicles must be returned in the same condition as received.
- The renter is responsible for any damage, traffic violations, or losses during the rental period.
- Smoking, off-roading, or racing is strictly prohibited.
- Vehicles may not be used to transport illegal goods or substances.
- Only authorized drivers listed in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle.
4. Insurance and Liability
- Basic insurance coverage is included unless stated otherwise.
- Additional insurance options (e.g., full coverage, zero excess) are available at extra cost.
- The renter is liable for any uninsured damages or policy violations.
- G63 Car Rental is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a cancellation fee or result in forfeiture of the deposit.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days of approval.
6. Extension of Rental
- Rental extensions must be requested in advance and are subject to vehicle availability.
- Unauthorized extensions may result in penalties or void insurance coverage.
7. Vehicle Delivery & Pickup
- Delivery and pickup services may be available upon request and may incur additional charges.
- The renter must be present during both delivery and pickup to inspect the vehicle and sign documents.
8. Termination of Rental
G63 Car Rental reserves the right to terminate any rental agreement if:
- The vehicle is being misused or operated illegally.
- Payment terms are violated.
- False documents or information are provided during the rental process.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of UAE courts.
